Eligibility: Candidates should have passed 10+2 Higher Secondary Examination of West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and English or an equivalent exam.

Age: Candidates should not be over 23 years on 1st October of the year of admission (26 years for SC/ST candidates).

Selection is made on merit in the JEE conducted by W. B. Board of Examinations for West Bengal candidates. Physical fitness of the candidate as per prescribed standard is also necessary.

Reservation exists for SC/ST, Govt. of India nominees, Physically handicapped candidates of the States; Sons/Wards of Para-Military Forces permanently disabled or killed during war/hostility.

Application form can be had from the West Bengal Board of Examination for admission to Engineering, Medical & technological Degree Colleges, Slater Hall, B.E. College Campus, Howrah 711003 on payment of requisite charges.

Hostel facilities are available for boys and residence in hostel is essential.
