Eligibility: Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized M. P. Board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) with 50% marks in the aggregate of PCM and must have passed in English. SC/ST candidates are eligible on mere pass at the qualifying examinations.

Reservation of seats: MP quota SC 15%, ST 21%, OBC 14% seats, Military Personnel 5% seats, Freedom fighters 3 seats and Technical stream 2 seats.

For Other States SC 15% seats, ST 7 ½% seats, INRA 1 seat. 31 seats are reserved for Foreign students seats.

Selection for the M. P. quota seats is made on the basis of merit of PET conducted by Professional Examination Board, MP, Bhopal & counselling done by Director of Technical Education, Govt of M.P.

Application form can be had from any Engg College in the State or VP Mandal, Bhopal on payment of the prescribed fees.
