Eligibility: Inter (Sc) or equivalent with Eng., Phy., Chem., and Maths taken together in one attempt securing 60% marks in aggregate of Phy., Chem., and Maths from institutions located in Bihar (SC/ST candidates a mere pass in qualifying exam)

Age: 22 yrs. (27 yrs for SC/ST/Foreign students) on the year of admission. Physical fitness of the candidate is also required.

Selection for admission to 50% seats (Bihar Quota) in RIT, Jamshedpur and other RECs is made on merit in Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Exam (BCECE).

Reservation: There is a provision for reservation seats for SC/ST & BC candidates.

How to Apply: Admission form for entrance exam can be obtained from the Principal, RIT, Jamshedpur on payment of requisite charges.

Hostels facilities are available for boys & girls separately.
